Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional support and care to our clients in Saline, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Provide companionship and emotional support.


• Assist with mobility and physical exercises.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment.


• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervisory team.


• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client dignity.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings.


• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
