Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Marysville, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation


• Provide medication reminders and help manage health care routines


• Support clients with mobility and transfers safely


• Accompany clients to appointments and errands if needed


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or caregiving is a plus.


• Ability to perform physical tasks related to care


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Marysville, MI


• Background check clearance as required by state regulations
