Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide necessary client care as outlined in the individual client’s care plans.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure proper nutrition and safety of the client by providing assistance with daily living activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Establish and maintain positive client relationships

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Certification as a Certified Home Health Aide and/ or Personal Care Aide (not required in all locations).

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable traveling/driving in Northern Westchester and Putnam County.

  
  


• 
  

  Dementia Experience (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  At least 2 years of in-home care work experience

  
  


• 
  

  Must be residing in the US
