Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Eminence Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team!

In the role of a Personal Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential support in their daily activities. Your primary duties will include assisting with personal care, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and pleasant living environment.

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role preferred.

• Compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Proof of up-to-date immunizations and a negative TB test.

• High School diploma or GED is required.
