Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical, in-home support tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Duties May Include

• Providing companionship and emotional support


• Assisting with personal care, including:
  
  
  
  • Bathing
  
  
  • Dressing
  
  
  • Grooming
  
  
  • Toileting
  
  
  
  


• Medication reminders


• Mobility and transfer assistance


• Transportation to appointments and errands


• Meal preparation and light housekeeping


• Observing and reporting changes in condition


• Encouraging client independence and engagement

Qualifications

We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, but not required


• Experience using Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus


• Reliable transportation


• Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius


• Comfortable working with both male and female clients


• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings


• Professional attitude with strong communication skills
