Personal Care Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to provide support and assistance to our clients in Taylor, MI. The ideal candidate will offer personalized care to help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


• Provide companionship and emotional support.


• Help with light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.


• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.


• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times.


• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or a related field is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Taylor, MI.


• Background check may be required.
