Personal Care Support

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Support providers. In this role, you will assist clients in Garden City, MI with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting


• Provide support with mobility, transferring, and positioning


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment


• Accompany clients to appointments or errands if required


• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided


• Follow care plans established by healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families


• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Garden City, MI


• Ability to pass background checks 


• Be able to work independently 


• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and standing for extended periods
