Personal Care Support

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Support providers in Ray, MI. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life in a supportive and respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Support clients with mobility and transferring safely.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Provide companionship and emotional support.


• Follow care plans and document services provided accurately.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Previous experience in personal care or home health aide services is an asset.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.


• Ability to pass background checks and relevant health screenings.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
