Personal Driver

Job Summary: 

Aculabs is seeking a dependable and professional Personal Driver. This position will begin and end each workday at a designated location in the Manasquan, NJ area and will include regular transportation to the Aculabs office in East Brunswick, NJ, as well as medical appointments, errands, and other destinations as needed. The driver will be expected to remain onsite at the East Brunswick office during the workday when not actively providing transportation.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday Approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM


• The workday begins at the designated vehicle location in the Manasquan, NJ area


• After transporting the executive to the Aculabs office in East Brunswick, NJ, the driver is expected to remain onsite at the office during the workday unless needed for appointments, errands, or other transportation


• Departure from East Brunswick to return to the Manasquan area will generally occur between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM


• The workday ends after returning to the designated Manasquan-area location and returning the company vehicle


• Schedule may vary based on appointments, transportation needs, traffic, and other daily requirements


• This is an hourly, non-exempt position

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily transportation between the Manasquan area and the Aculabs office in East Brunswick, NJ


• Remain onsite at the East Brunswick office during the workday when not actively providing transportation


• Provide transportation to medical appointments and other scheduled destinations as needed


• Remain available throughout the workday for additional transportation needs


• Perform personal or business errands as directed


• Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition


• Promptly report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns


• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality


• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED


• Valid New Jersey driver's license


• Clean driving record


• Prior professional, executive, chauffeur, or personal driving experience (Preferred)


• Dependable, punctual, professional, and discreet


• Strong judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality


• Ability to safely assist the Corporate Secretary into and out of the vehicle as needed


• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
