Pay: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year

Location: Rockville Centre, New York. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering the benefits of close collaboration with an experienced team in a professional and supportive office environment.

Note: Candidates must possess an active New York Bar license and have at least 4 years of direct personal injury litigation experience.

Job Description

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Handle cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall claims, and related negligence matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide guidance and updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.
• Advocate aggressively to maximize client recoveries.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar license required.
• 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Experience handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Client-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
