Personal Injury Attorney

Our client, a well-established plaintiff law firm in Phoenix, is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about representing injured clients with integrity, skill, and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury matters, including both pre-litigation and litigation phases

• Conduct client consultations, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations

• Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery

• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and trials

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments

• Collaborate with internal team members, including paralegals and fellow attorneys, to move cases efficiently toward resolution

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Arizona (in good standing)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law

• Strong litigation skills, including courtroom and trial experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
