They have an immediately need an experienced Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff Side) with 3-5+ years of experience in high impact cases to join our dynamic and growing firm in the areas of Tampa area.

Youâll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. Responsibilities:
· Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
· Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
· Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
· Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
· Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information
· Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clientsâ behalf when appropriate
· Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
· Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
· Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff and team members
Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills to represent client and company interests in litigation situations
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Experience & Qualifications:
· Bachelorâs degree and a J.D. degree is required
· Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
· 3-5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed
· A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired
· Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
· Must be computer proficient
