Pay: $140,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

Location: Dallas, TX. This opportunity is based in Dallas and offers the chance to work closely with an experienced litigation team. Specific work arrangement details can be discussed during the interview process.

Note: Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Texas and have 2+ years of directly relevant personal injury law experience.

Job Description

• Manage and advance personal injury matters through key stages of litigation
• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and potential recovery
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties
• Analyze medical records, evidence, damages, and other case-related materials
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Work closely with experienced litigators while taking meaningful ownership of assigned matters
• Advocate strategically and effectively for clients throughout the litigation process

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license
• 2+ years of personal injury law experience
• Strong litigation, legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience managing substantive aspects of personal injury matters
• Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and move cases forward
• Deposition, mediation, negotiation, and trial preparation experience strongly preferred

• Salary bands (ONLY IF ATTORNEY ROLE):

• 2 to 3 years directly relevant experience: $140K to $160K

• 4 to 5 years directly relevant experience: $160K to $180K

• 6 to 8 years directly relevant experience: $180K to $205K

• 9+ years directly relevant experience: $205K to $220K
