Pay: $47,840.00 - $56,160.00 per year

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Miami Lakes, FL office.

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have direct personal injury case management experience, including settlement negotiations and meeting monthly goals.

Job Description

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through resolution
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates and guidance throughout the claims process
• Handle settlement negotiations under attorney supervision while meeting monthly performance goals
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and attorneys to move cases efficiently
• Maintain accurate case documentation, records, and communication logs in firm systems
• Prepare mediation summaries and case materials to support litigation or settlement
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures and case requirements
• Support attorneys with drafting legal documents related to case management

Qualifications

• Direct experience as a personal injury case manager required
• Strong knowledge of insurance, medical treatment processes, and settlement procedures
• Proven ability to negotiate settlements and meet monthly goals
• Excellent organizational and client communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency with case management systems and document tracking
