Personal Injury Department Manager

The PI Manager oversees all aspects of the personal injury department, including case intake, documentation, billing coordination, and attorney communication. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of PI claims and serves as the primary liaison between the clinic and legal representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PI case flow from intake through settlement
• Maintain detailed records of case statuses, balances, and communication
• Coordinate with billing, clinical, and legal teams to ensure complete documentation
• Communicate directly with attorneys and law firms regarding liens, treatment plans, and case progress
• Track collections and follow up on outstanding balances
• Generate regular PI reports for leadership review

Qualifications:

• Experience in medical billing or personal injury case management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
