What You'll Do

We're on the lookout for an amazing Legal Assistant to join our team and collaborate on day-to-day work with one of our wonderful attorneys. As the ultimate support system for our attorney, you'll speak with clients, handle the internal happenings of the office, and begin to learn the ropes of working in a personal injury law office! We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle the excitement. So, if you're highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a true team player, this could be your perfect match. This is an onsite position in Birmingham, AL - we believe this work is best done together.

What You Need/What You'll Do

• A collaborative spirit and open mindset to learning in a legal environment


• Ability to manage office equipment like printers, scanners, and phone systems


• Ability to multitask and handle and organize files accurately


• Strong organizational skills


• Strong communication skills with customer service or retail experience


• Eager to learn with interest in growing into a role like Case Manager or Paralegal


• Ability to handle, organize, and send mail
