Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have prior experience in personal injury or insurance defense law (litigation or pre-suit).

Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their team in Palm Beach County. This is a unique opportunity to work in a close-knit firm environment, gain hands-on litigation experience, and grow with a team that values both professional development and client results.

• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation
• Draft and review discovery documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Handle scheduling of depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
• Assist with case management, including maintaining organized case files
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff
• Provide strong customer service and maintain professional client interactions
• Work closely with attorneys and staff

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal injury or insurance defense (litigation or pre-suit)
• Florida-based legal experience required
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Litigation experience preferred, but candidates with pre-suit experience and willingness to learn will be considered
• Positive attitude, strong references, and ability to thrive in a small office environment
• Customer service or hospitality background is a plus
