Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Note: This is a hybrid position and requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at the Chicago, IL office.

Note: Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, with on-target earnings in the first year projected at $80,000 to $100,000 or more.

Job Description

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial.
• Work closely with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
• Maintain strong organizational skills to handle a high-volume caseload.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois (must have active bar admission).
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high caseload.
