A growing Los Angeles law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with significant experience in personal injury cases. This role involves managing high-value matters, typically in the $500K–$3M range, and driving results through settlements and trial outcomes. The firm offers extensive support staff to enable attorneys to focus on litigation strategy, case development, and achieving strong client results.

  Litigate personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

  Handle a docket of active cases with values commonly in the $500K–$3M range.

  Develop case strategies and manage negotiations to achieve favorable settlements.

  Participate in trials as needed, with opportunities for first or second chair.

  Provide mentorship on peripheral cases as assigned.

  Active California Bar license (required).

  Minimum of 5 years of experience litigating personal injury cases.

  Documented history of settlements and/or trial outcomes.

Highly competitive base salary (anticipated range $200,000–$400,000, depending on experience) plus structured bonuses tied directly to case outcomes. Attorneys receive a percentage of fees on active cases as well as mentoring credit on peripheral cases, creating clear and transparent upside beyond base compensation. This package is designed to reward proven litigators who can deliver results on high-value personal injury matters.
