Location:
Arlington, TX. This is a fully on-site opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working closely with their team and having direct access to colleagues, support staff, and active case strategy.
Note:
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar and have hands-on personal injury litigation and trial experience. We are looking for attorneys with a stable professional history who can independently manage an active litigation docket and confidently handle depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial preparation.

Job Description
- Manage a personal injury litigation docket from filing through trial.
- Develop litigation strategy and consistently move cases toward resolution or trial.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and written discovery.
- Take and defend depositions involving parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Appear at hearings and argue motions before the court.
- Represent clients at mediations and lead settlement negotiations.
- Evaluate case value, liability, exposure, and litigation risk.
- Prepare witnesses, exhibits, experts, and case strategy for trial.
- Try cases when trial is in the client's best interest.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case status, strategy, and expectations.
- Coordinate closely with paralegals, attorneys, and support staff to keep cases progressing.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and stay ahead of deadlines, court settings, and litigation milestones.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
- Personal injury litigation experience.
- Trial experience.
- Experience conducting depositions, attending mediations, and arguing hearings.
- Ability to independently manage a busy litigation docket.
- Strong legal writing, case evaluation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Stable professional work history.
- Strong organization, ownership, and deadline management.
