Job Description

• Manage personal injury cases through various stages of pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement.
• Develop case strategies, evaluate liability, and negotiate favorable resolutions for clients.
• Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and settlement materials.
• Represent clients at hearings, court proceedings, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
• Assist with minor settlement approvals and related court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with our legal support team to deliver efficient, high-quality representation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury law experience.
• Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing.
• Experience with personal injury claims, legal research, case management, and settlement negotiations.
• Strong writing, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling court appearances and hearings independently when appropriate.
• A compassionate, client-first mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork.
