Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join a leading NYC Personal Injury firm based in Coney Island. If you have a proven track record in litigation, a passion for client advocacy, and the ability to manage cases from inception through trial, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys to develop legal arguments, draft pleadings, motions, and other case filings.

• Request, review, and organize medical records and bills.

• Respond to discovery demands, prepare correspondence, and e-file pleadings.

• Assist in trial preparation, including witness coordination, preparing jury instructions, voir dire, exhibits, and verdict sheets.

• Prepare cases for final disbursal.

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling premises, automobile, construction, and municipal liability cases from inception through trial.

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent extensive experience preferred.

• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

• Proficiency with legal database software and task management systems.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, close-knit environment that supports professional growth.
