Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

As a key member of our team, you will communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and gather necessary information and documentation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping those who have been injured and will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of personal injury cases from inception through trial
• Gather and organize evidence, including medical records, accident reports, and witness statements
• Communicate with clients to update them on case progress and gather necessary information
• Communicate with automobile and health insurance companies to gather necessary documents and information

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in personal injury litigation
• Strong knowledge of procedures related to personal injury cases
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
