Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Location: Campbell, CA — On-site, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after successful training and onboarding.

Note: Personal injury litigation experience is a must-have for this role. Candidates should have hands-on experience supporting personal injury cases through litigation, including discovery and legal document preparation.

Job Description

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Prepare, draft, organize, and file pleadings, legal documents, correspondence, and other case materials.
• Manage and maintain case files, discovery, deadlines, calendars, and litigation-related documentation.
• Assist with discovery, legal and factual research, case preparation, and trial or hearing support.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
• Help keep cases moving efficiently by tracking deadlines and ensuring critical documents and information are organized and accessible.
• Work closely with attorneys and the broader legal team to provide reliable day-to-day litigation support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly relevant personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation procedures and legal document preparation.
• Hands-on discovery experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
