Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal - Leading Industry Pay

We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal with Personal Injury experience.

Your specific duties will include:

• Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including complaints, discovery, and general motion practice.
• Handle large caseload.
• Work directly with Attorneys, Clients, and her Legal staff
• Ability to empathize with clients and establish trust is critical.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Min. 3 years experience as a Paralegal in Personal Injury Law or related field.
• Must be well-versed in handling all aspects of case management from inception to resolution in Litigation.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
