Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our law firm. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and second chair trials. You will gain experience and have the opportunity to learn from more experienced attorneys. This position is ideal for someone seeking to develop and grow in their law career. Our firm mainly handles Personal Injury cases for Plaintiffs.

Responsibilities

Prepare motions, and other legal documents

Handle Mediation and Depositions

Conduct legal research

Prepare for and attend legal proceedings and trial (second chair)

Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associate

Negotiate on behalf of clients

Qualifications

Active member of the Florida Bar Association

Personal Injury Experience on the Plaintiff's Side is Required

Trial Experience (any type) is a huge bonus

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
