Job Description
Support trial attorneys throughout the litigation and trial process
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and gathering information
Manage case schedules, track deadlines, and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial documents
Organize and maintain case files, including medical records, court filings, and correspondence
Arrange for witnesses, issue subpoenas, and assist with witness preparation
Prepare trial exhibits, notebooks, and materials; provide in-court support by managing exhibits, taking notes, and assisting attorneys
Work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure cases proceed smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (required)
Experience in personal injury law (required)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
High level of professionalism and client service focus

Deal break for 1 yr PI law experience. “We request our candidates to complete a values assessment as a part of the hiring process.
