Full time postion available at local insurance agency as a personal lines customer service insurance representative. This is service and sales position in which responsibilities will include (but not limited to) answering inbound calls, answering policy or billing questions, endorsing policies, Quote and bind policies from servicing and cross sale opportunities. Need to have knowledge of rater and management systems (Hawksoft preferred) Working knowledge of carrier websites. Fast paced office enviroment.

• Active CA property and casualty insurance license


• Experience with multiple insurance carriers


• Excellent communication skills over phone and via email


• Excellent customer service skills


• Basic computer skills (experience with Microsoft Outlook, HawkSoft, FSC or PL Rater preferred)


• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced office setting


• Strong time management and organizational skills
