Personal Lines Account Executive

Purpose of Job:

• To build a book of business by creating relationship-focused connections as an insurance expert through prospecting and networking


• To provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts while assisting in the retention of existing accounts


• Supervise a team and make decisions based on team workload

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service at all times with understanding and empathy


• Provide expert knowledge to clients and team members


• Document all client interactions


• Prospect/Network outside of business hours


• Supervise team and delegate workloads to best fit teams’ needs along with running weekly team meetings


• Be available to your insureds’ outside of office hours pending their request or needs
  


• Be involved in a Business Network group or local community opportunities


• Cross-sell to help build book of business


• Help with client retention


• Help in maintaining up-to-date client contact information


• Communicate with Team Members in a professional manner


• Work toward your CISR and CIC designation

Performance Measurements:

• Semi-annual performance reviews will be conducted which entail, but are not limited to, processing efficiencies, workload management, supervisory performance, new business and account retention.
