PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER (Permanent)

Our client, a rapidly growing insurance agency in WNY, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.  This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is looking for growth opportunities in his/her career.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio or personal insurance clients
  


• Develop positive, productive relationships with customers in order to identify future opportunities to expand coverage
  


• Provide outstanding customer service, answer any questions, and ask questions to ensure the customers have the proper coverage for their needs
  


• Correspondence via phone/email to answer inquiries and resolve issues
  


• Review/process applications, generate quotes, and provide information in a timely manner
  


• Contact customers and provide necessary information regarding policy updates, changes, and renewals
  


• Process new business including paperwork processing, putting information in the computer system, etc.
  


• Maintain accurate, up to date files in computer system
  


• Collaborate with other regional team members digitally via Slack or Zoom
  


• Complete special projects as needed
  


• Other duties as assigned
  

Details:

• Position is full-time, direct hire
  


• 100% in-office; standard 40 hours/week
  


• $60,000 - $65,000 annually depending on experience, plus bonus potential
  


• 401k match, 3+ weeks PTO, 13 paid holidays
  


• Personal Lines Insurance License preferred, but not required
  


• 1+ years’ customer service or office administration experience in an insurance setting
  


• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  


• Strong interpersonal skills
  


• Detail oriented
  


• Strong computer skills
  


• Relocation not available
