Personal Lines Account Manager – High-Net-Worth (HNW)
Location: Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Hybrid flexibility available after training period – 1 day/week remote)
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000/year, DOE, plus potential bonus

About the Opportunity
A stable and growing Property & Casualty insurance agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to service an affluent and high-net-worth personal lines book of business. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented insurance professional who thrives on delivering concierge-level service to a sophisticated client base.
You'll manage a multi-state book (Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania) of approximately 500–600 personal lines households, many with multiple policies, working closely with top-tier HNW carriers and a collaborative internal team.
What You'll Do
Manage a personal lines book of affluent/HNW clients across multiple states, handling multi-policy households with a high level of care and attention to detail
Provide concierge-level client service, including endorsements, renewals, coverage reviews, policy servicing, billing questions, and carrier follow-up
Identify and act on remarketing opportunities to ensure clients have optimal coverage and pricing
Coordinate closely with producers, underwriters, carriers, and internal team members to deliver seamless service
Accurately document all client activity and communications in AMS360
Build strong client relationships that drive satisfaction and long-term retention
Work within a mix of direct business and referral-based accounts as you grow into the role
Tools & Carriers You'll Work With
Agency Management System: AMS360 (preferred)
HNW Carrier Portals/Platforms: PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, Berkley One, and other applicable high-net-worth markets
What You'll Need
Active Property & Casualty license (New Jersey); out-of-state candidates can obtain licensure after starting, and existing licenses can be transferred
3+ years of substantial, hands-on High-Net-Worth Personal Lines account management experience
Strong personal lines P&C coverage and underwriting knowledge
Proven experience with endorsements, renewals, remarketing, and coverage reviews
A genuine commitment to high-touch, white-glove client service
Ability to confidently manage a high-volume, detail-intensive book of business
Experience with PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, or Berkley is a strong plus (not required, but highly valued given the client base)
