What You’ll Do:

Engage in telemarketing and phone sales to generate leads and close deals.

Proactively contact potential customers to discuss their insurance needs.

Provide tailored solutions for auto, home, and other personal lines insurance products.

Follow up on leads, referrals, and quotes to maximize sales opportunities.

Build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.

Collaborate with our team to meet and exceed sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in telemarketing or phone sales (insurance sales experience preferred).

A high-energy, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to win.

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Hold the insurance license required by your state by start date. Prior Licensed Applicants will have preference but will train the right person.

Possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation.

Demonstrate ability to learn the knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations needed to effectively secure new business and maintain existing client base.

Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.

Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.

Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making and superior written and verbal communication skills.

Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment and Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
