Personal Lines - Systems Specialist

This position provides support of the day-to-day operations of the Homeowners department. The specialist will spend significant time assisting the AVP of Homeowners with production system testing, aggregate management, and data maintenance. In addition, they provide employees with assistance as needed related to training and trouble-shooting production system issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs customer service by assisting the Homeowners underwriting team with system needs which would include, but not limited to production system testing and training.  
• Works closely with our Business Analyst in providing detailed work orders and timely test result responses. 
• Running monthly routine policy issuance testing checking for forms accuracy
• Reviewing carrier critiques and identify issues system related or training needs
• Review carrier forms update, submit JIRA tickets and test results
• Assist in development and implementation of standardized test cases for use prior to releases in our production environment 
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3-5 years QA or relevant software testing experience
• CSTE or ISTQB certification is a plus
• Personal or Commercial insurance knowledge is preferred, not required.
