Key Responsibilities: Sales Representative Duties

• Greet and guide customers through the dealership experience


• Understand and assess customer needs to recommend the right vehicle


• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives


• Present pricing and product options clearly and confidently


• Guide the customer through the financing process, working with the sales/finance manager


• Follow up with prospects and previous clients to maintain relationships


• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Sales Manager Duties:

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets


• Lead daily sales meetings and coaching sessions


• Assist in structuring deals and managing pricing strategies


• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure deal closures


• Monitor sales metrics and KPI's


• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not required)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed


• Valid drivers license


• Ability to work evenings and weekends


• Leadership qualities (Sales Manager applicants)
