Personal Service Representative I/Teller Coordinator

This position is for our Girard, PA branch location. The PSR I/TC is responsible for performing teller transactions and member service transactions related to savings, checking, credit cards, IRAs, and resolving problems in a timely manner. The PSRI/TC will also be responsible for branch balancing and assisting with the training and development of student tellers. Must provide members with complete service while cross-selling other products and services. This person must also be able act with good judgment, courtesy, tact, patience and maintain confidentiality of the Credit Union’s records and member transactions.
