Positions available:   

• Full-time 4 shifts a week from 6:00a - 2:15p with rotating schedule including every other weekend. 
• Part-time positions with 3 or 4 shifts a week from 4:00p - 8:00p with rotating schedule including every other weekend. 
• Relief / Per diem - work hours are not guaranteed and are scheduled on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility rather than a set schedule.

Pay rate ranging from $15.10 to $16.85 per hour for part and full-time positions depending on certifications and shift differentials. Relief / Per diem rate of pay is $15.10 per hour.

The role: As a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) at our assisted living/senior living home located in Farmington, ME, you will provide caregiver support to seniors to live life fully. You will assist with personal care and inspire residents to participate in fun, recreational activities. PSSs do not pass medications to residents; however, there are opportunities to advance your career and become a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA).

Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or over
• Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
