Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in White Lake, MI. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping and errands as needed.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.


• Follow care plans and instructions from supervisors and healthcare providers.


• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a related caregiving role is a plus.


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.


• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within White Lake, MI.


• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
