Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in Howell, MI. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


• Provide companionship and support to enhance clients’ emotional well-being.


• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.


• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed.


• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in client condition.


• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a related caregiving role is a plus.


• Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Howell, MI.
