Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Support Workers in Barton Hills, MI. In this role, you will provide essential home care services to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and support to clients to promote emotional well-being.


• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and behavior to healthcare professionals or family members.


• Assist with medication reminders.


• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.


• Document care provided and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal support or home care preferred but not required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.


• Must pass background checks.
