Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to provide exceptional care during evening shifts in Allenton, MI. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety in their homes.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status
Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors
Offer companionship and emotional support during evening hours
Requirements
Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar care role preferred but not required
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently during evening shifts
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset
Must be able to pass background checks and comply with company policies
