Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in Pontiac, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and follow care plans established by supervisors.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and show initiative.


• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
