Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in Ypsilanti, MI. This role involves providing essential support and care to clients in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.


• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients.


• Follow care plans and company policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar role is a plus.


• Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients.

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Ypsilanti area.
