Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team in Belleville, MI. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and wellbeing


• Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks


• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors


• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role is a plus


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Reliable and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others


• Flexible availability to meet the needs of clients
