Job Description - Personal Trainer with Ski/Snowboard Focus at Bluerun Indoor Ski Center

Are you a personal trainer with a passion for skiing?

Bluerun Indoor Ski & Snowboard Facility is looking for enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join our team! Bring your fitness coaching expertise to an exciting new environment, where you’ll help clients improve their skiing skills while leveraging your knowledge to enhance their overall performance and fitness.

Position: Personal Trainer (Ski Focus)
Location: Bluerun Indoor Ski Facility
Start Date: January 2025

Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized training sessions that incorporate both fitness and skiing techniques

Apply your fitness knowledge to help clients improve strength, flexibility, and overall performance on the slopes

Guide clients through ski-specific exercises, technique adjustments, and fitness routines

Maintain equipment and help create a motivating, high-energy atmosphere

Be available for weekend and holiday shifts as needed

Requirements:

PSIA Level I certification (training provided if you don’t have it yet)

Strong background in personal training and fitness

A passion for skiing and helping clients improve their performance

Ability to adapt fitness principles to skiing instruction
