We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Travel Planning Advisor to assist clients with researching, organizing, and booking well-structured travel experiences. In this role, you will support clients from the initial planning phase through final confirmation, ensuring each trip is thoughtfully arranged and clearly communicated. This is a work-from-home position that offers flexibility while providing consistent client support.

You will consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and schedules, then research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with their needs. You will create customized itineraries, coordinate bookings, confirm reservations, and maintain accurate documentation. Providing dependable support before, during, and after travel is a key part of the role, including assisting with updates or changes as needed.
