In this role, you will serve as the primary personnel liaison and timekeeper for the Bureau of Property Management, a Bureau that includes over 200+ staff members that manage State owned and leased properties throughout the State. You will also help coordinate sensitive information and ensure that all confidential materials are handled with consistency, quality, and timeliness.
Qualified candidates must possess the equivalent of four years of college and at least three years professional experience in Human Resouruces
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, effective analytical and problem solving capabilities, at least two years of professional human resources experience, and experience gathering data, preparing reports, and supporting smooth office operations.

Statement of Economic Interest
This position has been found to meet the requirements in section 4A-101 of the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act requiring the occupant/employee to file a Statement of Economic Interest. The Illinois Governmental Ethics Act (5 ILCS 420/4A et seq.) requires certain state officials and employees to file annual Statements of Economic Interest with the Office of the Secretary of State that will be made available for examination and copying by the public. All employees required to file a Statement of Economic Interest are also required to file the Supplemental Statement of Economic Interest with the Executive Ethics Commission.
