Immediately Interviewing a Personnel Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. Bilingual Recruiter Spanish - English is a plus!

On-Site Recruiter's focus is to find and retain the best talent for our client customers by:

High Volume Recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding etc
Full process recruiting, build relationships and retain employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate employee engagement and retention events
Payroll, admin, record keeping

Salary: $19-24/hr Based on experience, PLUS Company Car and incentive opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:

Positive and energetic attitude with exceptional customer service skills in a professional setting
Must have a high energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work
Knowledge of staffing programs, Microsoft office products, and internal HRIS applications is a plus!
Human resources knowledge preferred and Bilingual Spanish/English
