Personnel Security Administrator Junior w/ TS/SCI with FSP

Description

• Case Initiation: Efficiently open security actions and maintain records; required to initiate an average of eight (8) cases per day.
• Data Integrity: Perform prescreen duties to detect errors or omissions in submitted materials; follow up with customers to obtain missing information.
• Administrative Support: Maintain and update records, conduct data entry, redact sensitive information, and protect PII using "need to know" principles.
• Technical Support: Facilitate the adjudicative process by printing, scanning, and uploading documents to electronic files; respond to OGA clearance certification inquiries.

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED + 1 year of experience in data entry and security processing/verification.
• Integrity: High level of personal integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and classified information discreetly.
• Systems Proficiency: Ability to operate customer-specific automated systems for case tracking and standard office equipment.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict Sponsor productivity standards.
