Pest Control Customer Service Representative

Position Type and Expected Hours:

• This is a full-time position and hours, and days of work are Monday through Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
• Saturdays as needed depending on season and production work loads.

Key Objectives and Company Goals:

• Making and or receiving 100+ phone calls per day, per office associate.
• Strong work ethic.
• Desire to learn new things.
• Participate in virtual and in person meetings.
• General office duties including Microsoft office, excel reports, email, data      entry, etc.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Occasionally report to Headquarters in West Chester, PA for trainings, meetings, etc.
• 3 Years’ Experience in the Customer Service Field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent of.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
• Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills.
• Experience in email communication with customers.
• Great Grammar and Communication Abilities.
• Detail Oriented with High Level of Accuracy.
• Efficient Time Management and Organizational Skills.
• Great attitude.
• Team Player.
