You’ll be on the front lines of educating customers, presenting solutions, and helping them reclaim peace of mind. This role blends field service with strategic sales and requires someone who’s just as comfortable talking to people as they are talking about bugs.

Pest Control Sales And Service Representative Core Functions:

• Educate residential customers on pest control solutions, safety practices, and long‑term prevention
• Perform initial inspections of properties to identify pest issues and recommend tailored treatment plans through the sales consultation
• Present service options clearly, confidently, and persuasively to convert inquiries into loyal customers
• Document service visits, sales activity, and customer interactions accurately in our system
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and address any additional concerns
• Stay up‑to‑date on pest trends, treatment products, and company service offerings
• Collaborate with fellow Pest Control Sales & Service Representatives and share field insights to continuously improve sales and service approaches

Pest Control Sales And Service Representative Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical information simply
• Confidence in direct sales and cold‑calling scenarios
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
• Self‑motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Previous sales or field service experience (preferred, but not required)
